You see, I'm from "THA AREA": DC, MD, VA. Where niggas can go to Forestville Mall, St. Charles Mall, Potomac Mills Mall, Pentagon City Mall, or even Iverson Mall for they whole fuckin' wardrobe! We the home of da Redskins and Wizards [& da Ravens once da Skins are out ;-).] We the DC, PGC, and NOVA school distirct. When we in Club H2O, Dream, Platnium, or The Ritz we throw up our hoods like "SouF East", SouF West, Norf West, NorFeast, Suitland, Forestville, SEAT PLEASANT (U KNOW), Capitol Heights, Landover, Ft. Washington, Alexandria, Sliver Spring, Woodbridge, Manassas. We take days off from school ta hit up the Malls when da Jordans just came out. We rep "THA AREA" in white tees, throwbacks, and shirts airbrushed with our names, our hoods, our dance cliques, or our lost loved ones. We say "DC!", "PG COUNTY!" OR "NOVA!", "THA AREA", "Metro", "202, 301, 703", "NORTH EAST", "SOUTH EAST", "SOUTH WEST", rockin braids, twists, bob's, dreads, low cuts and deep waves, bald fades, fros, bald heads with or without the sideburns, clean ass fitted hats cocked to whicheva side. We know that Fried Chicken, Mambo Sauce, Pepsi and GO-GO are da shit!! But most of all we love that AREA. So if you from the AREA/ Metro or anywhere near it and you love reppin yo side, put dis on yo wall and every wall you see. THA AREA REPRESENTAS STAND UP!
